At Fayt, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your new arrival isn't quite right, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, then securely pack them in their original mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange confirmation will be sent via email within 3-5 business days.
